Tres Belle Cakes Wedding Guide

Yay! You're engaged! Congratulations and best wishes on your upcoming wedding! Thank you for considering Tres Belle Cakes to help celebrate your special day.  We would LOVE to help make your wedding day even sweeter, and we can't wait to work with you!

So, where do you start!?  Right here!  We've outlined everything you need to do to ensure that the sweetest part of wedding planning is also the least stressful.

Step one
confirm your wedding date
and secure your venue

Choosing and confirming your wedding date and venue are critical steps in your planning process!   Every wedding vendor needs to know "when" and "where" and cake is no exception.   Once these essential decisions are established, you can start choosing your dream vendor team and allow them to help create the best day ever.

Step two
pre-order your cake tasting box

Tres Belle Tasting Boxes contain five of our delicious cake and filling flavors, perfect for mixing and matching so you can find your perfect combination.  Plus, you have the option to add additional cake flavors, fillings, and some of our most popular desserts!  Split one with your fiance, or order several and share with family and friends!

Cake Tasting Boxes are available for pre-order only.
After you pick up your Tasting Box, you can reach out to us via email with any questions. From there, the next step is to book your date with us!

STEP THREE
RESERVE YOUR WEDDING DATE WITH TRES BELLE

When you decide to book your wedding cake or desserts with us, we require payment of a Save the Date Deposit to secure your date on our calendar. This deposit is non-refundable, and your date is not confirmed on our calendar and is still available to other clients until the deposit is paid. This can be paid online HERE or in person at our shop. This retainer will go toward the final price of your cake.

We are able to create and deliver a limited amout of cakes each weekend. If your wedding falls on a popular date, we recommend booking the deposit early, as we close bookings once we reach our capacity for each weekend. Once our delivery openings are filled, we can still provide cakes and desserts that can be picked up from our shop during business hours. On popular wedding weekends, once we reach our production capacity, those dates will be closed to all remaining order requests.

Step four
Gather inspiration and ideas so you're ready to talk about cake design!

It's important to have an idea of what types of cake designs you like - or don't like - before scheduling a design meeting with us.  
Inspiration for your cake design can come from your invitations, color swatches, bridal gown details, flowers, and anything else that captures your style or personalities. Additionally, narrowing down basic design elements like overall shape and size, color, and texture will help us understand your overall intentions and preferences, which will make the entire process smoother, more efficient, and ultimately result in a beautiful and delicious wedding cake that meets your expectations.

Step five
schedule your design meeting and finalize cake details

Once you’ve enjoyed samples of our cakes and had a chance to identify your overall wedding style and the types of cakes you love, you can schedule a meeting with us to develop the design details for the cake and review the logistics of setup for your wedding day.
Once cake design is confirmed, we’ll prepare a proposal for you that includes a due date for your final payment to occur 21 days before your wedding date.  Any adjustments to the design or size of the cake must be finalized before your final payment is due.

Step six
confirm cake stand rental
and delivery details

We are happy to offer both Cake Stand Rental and Delivery as optional services for our Wedding couples.
Cake stands are an important part of the overall appearance and display of your finished cake or dessert buffet! We have a wide variety of cake stands, pedestals, multi-tier desesrt stands, cupcake stands, and platters available to rent. 
Delivery and set-up is available for orders that exceed $500 and include a multi-tiered cake OR a cupcake or dessert buffet.  We deliver throughout the Greater Cincinnati area and beyond.  Delivery fees start at $100 and are based on mileage.  Additional fees apply to deliveries to certain venues and deliveries that take place on Sundays, Holidays, or during scheduled room flips, and set up that requires on-site cake assembly.

It's FINALLY here! Your wedding day is all about you and your partner.  You can relax knowing that your Wedding Cake will be made and delivered safely to your venue, on time and in perfect condition.
